Marketing Executive - Kuwait
POSITION SUMMARY
Marketing executive assists the marketing manager to plan, develop and implement marketing activities for Trafalgar on all touchpoints related to customer experience such as, but not limited to, ATL, BTL, CRM, Visual Merchandising, promotions and trade activations & events – keeping in mind the brands’ standards and budgets. He/she will work closely with brand managers, retail team, suppliers and brand representatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in building a marketing plan/calendar for the different brands in close co-operation with the Marketing Manager/Brand Manager and the Brand(s) marketing departments
- Timely planning and execution of marketing events and activities
- Follow-up closely with all parties (internal & external stakeholders) to ensure timely execution of the activities/campaigns for each brand
- Ensure brand positioning and image is as per the brand guidelines
- Work closely with Visual Merchandiser to ensure the stores are well-merchandized and VM animation is in accordance to brand guidelines and campaign schedule
- Plan and execute promotions by coordinating with retail/commercial team
- Conduct regular market and store visits to monitor competitors’ activities, collect consumer insights and eventually propose ways to cater to customer demands
- Define marketing objectives with the support of commercial team targeted towards VIP retention and acquiring new customers
- Report the monthly marketing expenditure per brand and underline any budget excess or underspend

Education and Experience
- 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in luxury retail.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders. Multiple brands is a plus.
- Experience in executing online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
