    POSITION SUMMARY:

    SMB Sales Associate will strive to deliver an extraordinary shopping and customer experience to our clients. Your mission will be to engage and provide them with your expertise and stellar customer service. As a GAIT SMB Sales Associate you will showcase your ambitious spirit as you lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of an APP Shop within a consumer electronics store. In addition, you will encourage our customers through love for technology, and passion about Apple products.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    ·        Enhance the growth of GAIT (Apple) products and add-on business in the shop

    ·        Generate new customers as well as manage existing and customers accounts via email, phone and visits.

    ·        Identify new markets and business opportunities.

    ·        Participate in creating products catalogue & company profile related to corporate.

    ·        Raise quotes for customers purchasing products.

    ·        Promote Apple products and solutions by passionately sharing the benefits and values of the products through product demonstrations.

    ·        Ensure all Apple fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards.

    ·        Deliver extraordinary experience for the customers and help build a network of committed Apple customers who will come back to consult on future Apple purchases.

    ·        Flag to his/her manager any maintenance issues with any merchandising execution in the store.

    ·        Maintain the brand image through dynamic attention to visual standards.

    ·        Handle Cashiering as and when required.

    ·        Weekly reporting and updates of sales.

    ·        Check quantities of goods on display and in stock.

    ·        Work with management to guarantee a continuously strong floor presence.

    SUPERVISION REQUIRED/GIVEN:

    Receives general supervision from the Assistant Store Manager and B2B Sales Executive.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    ·        A pleasant, professional and positive attitude

    ·        Validated experience in a retail environment or recent graduate with extraordinary customer service skills.

    ·        You truly love connecting with customers and helping them understand technology on a human level.

    ·        You have the ability to discover customers’ needs and values.

    ·        Engaging and confident presentation style.

    ·        Able to handle a team.

    ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    ·        Ability to work autonomously and self-driven.

    ·        Results driven without compromising quality.

    ·        Good with numbers and ability to analyse data.

    ·        Thrives in a dynamic environment.

    ·        High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.

    ·        Passionate about details.

    Education and Experience

    • High School Pass/Undergraduate

    3-5 years preferred working in a dynamic sales and/or results driven environment, as well as proven success developing customer loyalty
